Ella offers their presence and facilitation for workshops which aim to inspire a heart lead revolution, with mindful action. They present Imprisonment is for Burning, their stories and perspective for individuals & groups facing similar realities, with an intention to propel affinities toward social & ecological healing. Starting by feeling possibilities on the inside, and creating them on the out.

Ella is trained in (im)permaculture design, (our lives are temporary, so is our ownership, meaning care, not possession over our relationships with people & land). They are also a practitioner of yoga (in the sense of ‘to yog’ translating as ‘to unify’ – our emotions, mind, body and the spiritual realm of connected consciousness). They merge these disciplines together in the decomposition of the present reward & punishment system, providing fertile ground towards a holistic world sense.
