Ella offers their presence and facilitation for workshops which aim to inspire mindful action. They present Imprisonment is for Burning, their lived experience and perspective for groups facing a similar reality, with an intention to propel affinities toward social & ecological healing. Feeling possibilities on the inside is usually the best place to start, so as to create them on the out.
Ella is trained in permaculture design, as well as yoga (in the sense of ‘to yog’ – to unify, mind, body and spirit). They merge these disciplines together in the decomposition of the reward & punishment system, providing fertile ground for manifestation towards a holistic world.
